The Lombarde is a wind that produces heavy snowfall when it hits the Alps peaks. The Cuvée Lombarde is a silky white wine, airy and fresh.
As for the rosés, the vine is worked according to the lunar calendar and the harvest also takes place at night. Each grape variety and each plot are vinified separately. We carry out a direct pressing. Then, we vinify each grape variety and each plot separately. 30% of the wine goes through a new barrel for 3 months (for clairette), the rest is vinified in tanks for 12 months. It is a great wine from Provence that can stay 5 to 10 years in the cellar.
